It was a vintage qualifier full of good ponies. It's a shame some of those highly placed only come for the Olympia pickings and don't stay to enjoy the rest of the show. In truth it leaves a bad taste.

Thanks to the organisers for yet another fab show. Congratulations to the Barrs and Waulkmill swift, unfortunate slip on the gallop for Waulkmill redstart who looked and went fab. It was a vintage qualifier full of good ponies. It's a shame some of those highly placed only come for the Olympia pickings and don't stay to enjoy the rest of the show. In truth it leaves a bad taste. People just cant win whatever they do, if they stayed would they be accused of pot hunting. IMO after the olympia is out the way the real show begins. Kids and shetlands having fun is the best part of the weekend.

Who could you be talking about as the Top 3 ponies stayed all day Sat doing other classes - Others the whole weekend so maybe you are muddled about who was who !! - and who did what

In truth it leaves a bad taste. since when has it been compulsory to stay at a show for two days when you have no classes for you on the second day? Besides some of us have commitments at home and often one night away is all we can manage.
