We are going for the first time,realy looking forward to it.We have been told it is a lovely venue,and show.Our pony's name is Helsington Lucky Star,she is a little star,qualifying in her first attempt,and then going champion.

Our first attemt to qualify too. We are taking Millyonair for the 153cm section.

Yes we are also going , this is a really nice show , chilled and great for the first timers , we are taking 3 , one in class B , one in C and one in D . I will be the headless chicken running round with a horse on the end of each arm , whilst my daughter sits pretty and rides each one !

It's a great show, with a fantastic atmosphere. Is anyone going to the dinner the night before. That too is very friendly, and great fun. See you all there.

We are taking Barrdene Nightfever Class C. Qualified at South Suffolk, first time for us as couldnt make it last year with smaller pony.

sorry to seem dim - dont know much about the cherif (will do though because it seems to have a very good reputation) but my daughter has a pba that will hopefully be out competing soon and wondered where to take her? Will try and look up when I am not at work!!! I am in Preston area if anyone knows of anything coming up soon.

Due to an accident, and subsequent complications Miss Katie Bacon will now not be able to ride the ponies in Class A at the Cherif Championship.
Miss Joanne Woodward has very kindly agreed to ride the ponies for Mr Hood. Miss Woodward will now also be judging the Amateur Championship.
