I have a 3 year old D filly, she has a fine back end for her age, just her chest and neck need filling out slightly. Now i know this will come with work. but i wondered if there is anything or any excercises you can do to help the neck and chest. i thought about maybe starting to strap her but im not sure. obviously i dont want to strap her head in or anything, and she is now getting backed and brought on so im sure this will come in time, but wondered what you all do with your babies. She gets long reined now. So if anyone has any tips then please share them Thanks in advance

strapping is great. you'll need a proper strapping pad and just use it evenly on both sides of the neck.

Feed from the floor, although at your ponies age i would not worry too much just yet, prefer mine without to much muscle behind them whilst being broken! If you get my meaning!

i agree cassie worry about muscle later! but if your really concerned i feed global herbs muscle up its great but you will find it will start to come better when pony is working correctly.

no i dont mean i want muscle just want her chest area and her neck to be a little more fuller to go with the rest of her. I dont want to pump her up to look like a monster. She does get fed from the floor she always has. Just want her to be in slightly better shape.
