No news at all from this qualifier? I think it was the first time this show had an Olympia, were the classes large/small, who won each section? so strange not to have any comments

Any results for the hairies class? Wiltshire Man has said above that there was only one hairy entered, Lysander of Dinefwr. Has there ever been an Olympia class with only one in it before? For those of you that went, how did you find the journey? We were thinking about going but it looked like we'd be driving to the end of the earth! Congratulations to Wyken Lady Jasmine

Can't comment on the numbers forward, believe quite a few were entered. I was on my way back home from a few days holiday.
Anne and the girls went the day before and stayed with friends overnight who live quite close to the showground - many thanks to the Gee family. The weather was pretty awful with the showjumping cancelled, ring changes etc.
Thank you for your kind comments, it was a long trip but well worth it. Mr Fry was the judge. Well done all the winners.

Well done - I know Alex Kelly won the Connies/NF'S. Thanks Chloesmum. And well done to the section C for getting her ticket. It was over all a very nice show, it was a shame that the rain made it like at week end at Glastonberry! And the wind made the ring pretty electric, the classes were also delayed and sadly they didn't give us enough info about this so we were all out much, much to early- never mind theses things happen! It was a very long drive and luckily we could stay with some friends near by to give the mare a break, and entries weren't bad- I've seen them as bad down south on occasion- and what was there was good quality. I hope that Wales keeps it's qualifier as they need to be spread out more across the country.
