Just got back from summer champs, first time we've been and unfortunately the last party for Taf with us. He was placed in every calss and beahved impeccably all week. I'm wishing his new mum all the luck in the world with him, and hope you have many years of absolute joy with him as we have had over the last 4 years. I am going to miss him like crazy and once i can see through my tear glazed eyes i'll come and see him to see how he is settled in!

Jus settled back home after champs had an alright show although not happy with most results the lead rein classes were all about the leader a black show pony lead rein constantly tried to getthe child off and was still placed. This pony was then beaten back at stables.

It would have been better if the halfwits chanting 'Callum, Callum' hadn't tried to ruin the Team Presentations though. Nobody knew or cared by then, and there was certainly no point in sabotaging the moment for the kids in the arena.

Ruining the kids moment was certainly not the aim, and hopefully that wasn't the case. But a lot of people still definately cared. Callum's moment was completely sabotaged after working so hard towards that class and going so well earlier in the day.

Well done to everyone who managed to get throught the week! The rain and wind was almost unbearable. Well done to Martin for getting supreme! We had an indifferent week and suffered to some extent to the 'who's on the end of the lead' scenario. However we finished the week with a win in the Blue Division Lead Rein and then Mini Champion, well done Imo and Fairmarsh Black Magic!

We went down to the Champs, first time we competed and enjoyed ourselves enormously. Found most of the stewards and judges very pleasant and courteous. A vote of thanks too to the staff and volunteers in the Secretarys tent who dealt with each query and request for points sheets promptly and courteously. My daughter was so pleased with her placings. ;D One final note - Does anyone have a list of what photographer covered what ring?

Camaza totally agree with you it was disgraceful the way that Callum was dropped to tenth place after jumping a brilliant round surely the Dessie is focused on a good jumping round and the final placings have already been decided long before the evening performance, which I thought was meant to be just the presentation. I don't want to take anything from Jenny Yates or Mat Cooper who both jumped excellent rounds but Callum has jumped constantly brilliant all year and as everyone found out is a most popular I contestant and I was delighted whent the Callum chant started hope the love and suipport in the crowd for him made him feel a little better and let's all remember we know the true placings

Thank you everyone for your kind comments about 'Fly' winning the supreme on sat night. It still hasnt sunk in for all of us, and Im not entirely sure when it will!!
John, Martin and Greer do a fantastic job producing all of the ponies and Brogan rode Fly brilliantly on sat night. When she came out she said he felt amazing - he is such a show off!!
Mum and I are totally over-whelmed that we own this horse. He really is the nicest, easiest animal to have around and we all love him to bits.
