I know nothing about M+M's but now have a Sec A who is currently starting his first season under saddle as a 4 yo. Does he need a height certificate to compete at affiliated level (BSPS for example) I thought they didn't require them but on the jmb site, where it shows the remeasuring section for the ponies that have won at HOYS, and some of the M+M's have full HC's, so I'm confused I have no worries about him measuring in, he is probably 120cm maximum but after 10 years of SP's was hoping to get away with saving a bit of money

I believe you will need a height certficate if you do HOYs M&M whp if you qualify. Also if you do non m&M with him for the BSPS ie nursery stakes etc. You will also need a HC for Olympia if you qualify, to be produced within 6 weeks. You do not need one of any NPS or PUK M&M workers or flat except as above Olympia. Someone will correct me if wrong. good luck.
