looking for a yearling or 2yo colt, must be true to type, short coupled, not to mature over 15hh and have a good pony head and defiantly not dish . not bothered about colour, or being well handled, as long as he is a good sort and has recognisable breeding will pay current auction prices, which is not much at the moment but you will know where he is going

It would be very helpful to sellers if you specify what your budget is so it is not open to interpretation. Current auction prices could mean £12 or £12,000 depending upon which auction and what horse! I have sold my yearling welsh cob colts (3 of them) for an average of £3500 this year and to exceptional homes. I would say they would each have matched your description without knowing a price..... and my husband would say they are cheap bargains given the cost, time, effort and work that goes in to producing them!
Are you looking for a ridden/ driven or breeding prospect as well? And what bloodlines are you looking for?
Good luck in your search anyway!
