Well done To all! Lovely horses.
Took us 6 hours to get home from Richmond, London to Southampton. Terrible around Basingstoke soo icey was just grid lock and lorries skidding about.

May I just ask (and it isn't a sarcastic question), what on earth has a clip got to do with conformation? I don't know the pony, but if the ride mark was that good it seems a dreadful shame to be put down because of a clip.

I think the breed societies give different guidelines as regards how each breed should be clipped when shown, as long as these are kept to I don't really see why it should make any difference. If (just as an example) the breed standard says that the head should be left on, and you've obviously clipped it, then perhaps that's why you would be marked down.

Yep, I've been marked down for that before (quite rightly too IMO) Clipped pony and trimmed his head a little as he got very sweaty and I wanted to take him hunting. I can't imagine you should lose many marks for a clip though. Maybe judge just preferred Velvet's type.

blacknight has a few videos (dont know if on YouTube, only seen them uploaded to Facebook). I didnt do any videos this year, was having serious problems with my camera and was having enough trouble taking photos!

Hi lexy, just to say thank you for your pictures of Olympia the pictures 33,37 and 55 are of my connie John's Cuckoo but mind you he doesn't look quite so white now more a pale shade of brown- thanks again x
