Hi everyone so sorry that you think my messages are ambiguous but I can assure you they are genuine. All I am doing on here is informing the membership of the Lancashire Welsh Pony & Cob Association that an official meeting is being held for their benefit.
The LWPCA held an AGM in January, where members voted for an EGM which was agreed on the night, but the committee have failed to comply with this democratic vote, and are in contempt of the constitution, having failed in their obligations to arrange this meeting to resolve the problems and elect the committee for 2007. Therefore, after taking legal guidance, and as is our right to do so, an official meeting has been set by members for the members to resolve the issues and most importantly safeguard the future of the association for the benefit of all concerned.
All members of the association are welcome to attend and it is in their interest to do so, your comments and views are extremely important. It may well be the case that others directly involved with the current elected committee, may well attempt to mislead or deny these facts to people who make enquiries. Please be assured that the meeting will take place with or without their co-operation as some matters are of a serious nature and require urgent attention.
Rest assured that everything is totally in order and we are genuinely concerned that the aims and objectives of the Association are maintained to the highest standards.
If you are a member, your opinions will be most welcome on the night. Come and see! Have your say! Alternatively if anyone wants more details or have any questions please send your enquiry direct to email: lwpca@yahoo.co.uk or telephone 07929-243361
