Right, this might sound daft but there's a class i'd like to qualify for at RIHS , but i have a connection with the judge , but you know how the rules are strangely worded. If i am loaning a pony owned and bred by the judge, can i compete under them with a different pony? What if i was to buy the pony in the same year as competition if that makes sense. I'm just unsure because the ruling only goes on about employees etc. or does a leesee count?? thanks for clearing this up and before some people have a go at me for posting as a guest, it won't let me log in for some reason, think it's something to do with fire wall??

Hayley you have a connection with the judge fair and square despite the fact that you would be showing a different pony under them. "Loaning" could also be interpreted as a financial transaction in a strictly legal sense, in which case you are definitively not allowed to show under them. And despite all of this I'm sure lots of people know you are loaning a pony from the judge. It just won't wash so don't bother as you will be forever tarred as a cheat if you win and bent if you don't. Really how desperate are you? And how do you think the judge will feel? Why don't you ask them?
