I bought a beautiful stallion off him a few years ago for a lot of money, that has gone on to be a major winner, but I was a litle confused as to why I was asked to wait on the road outside, he then bought the animal out onto the road for me to look at.
As he is a WPCS judge will he be struck off or because the suffering was caused to cows will it not count? I would be interested to see the outcome.

As the WP&CS don't do much about people convicted of cruelty to ponies (what's happened about the Charlotte Kelway conviction ?) - they are hardly likely to do anything about this.
In the article it says "disqualified from keeping ANIMALS for 3 years" - will this include ponies ?

Fact is, if he couldn't buy food for them, he should have sold them or at least a few of them to raise money to feed the others. the excuse of "i didn't have any money" is quite frankly a load of bull... (excuse the pun). he shouldn't be allowed to keep or breed any animal again. No excuse!
