Due to postal surcharges in 2008 please ensure you use the correct postage for your envelopes, A5 (proper a5 half fold a4) envelopes are sufficent for schedule requests and stamped addressed envelopes to return your numbers.
We have had some very odd shaped envelopes that have incurred postal charges due to not being the correct size.
1 x 1st or 2nd class stamp is adequate providing that you use the correct size.
By order of the management in 2008 i will have to reject entries and request that come in the wrong size, A Schedule will NOT fit into anything smaller than a A5 and most definatly not DL ( Triple fold a4) and smaller, This year being my first year have been kind and stuck on to a5 where needed and supplied SAE where needed BUT i willnot be allowed to do this in 2008.
The Derby County Schedule/ Catalogue and Car Passes State Admit Box and competitor, to avoid any confusion this means Driver, Rider, Groom and childrenupto the number of seats in the towing vehicle or FRONT of the Lorry, People crammed into living areas and in the back of trailers will be required to purchase a ticket.
Here are some Slight Amendments to the Schedule
The Welsh ABCD Brood Mare Classes should read Broodmare with foal at foot or to produced a foal in the current year NOT to have produced a foal in the current year.
The Anglo Arab Society - due to issues with the scoiety we are not affiliated to them
I am allowing due to wording again Shetland foal class 402 will be open to foals from mares in class 401 and 405 (Miniature)
Here is a copy of what 99% of schedules should have had in them regarding Judge Changes
