Hunter champ was David Tatlow on a HW chestnut, reserve Alistair hood MW. Lorraine Homer won Lightweights. Have to say that standard in LW class was poor. Lots of horses who were not correctly prepared & hadn't had enough work.
Riding horses were apparently strong but they clashed with the hunter so only managed to see the final placings in the Large RH class. Jayne Webber 1st & Danielle Heath 2nd with Eclipse, Jayne riding horse champ with Danielle reserve.
Winner of ridden Irish Draught was Simon Reynolds with Hallmark.

I've had an email from a friend to say that Prince qualified for HOYS at GYS today, so can only assume she meant Pittybeck Prince Charming, although I was unaware he was back under saddle!!
