I have a very excited 12 year old daughter today as her new driving pony Scrumpy arrived. I had to drag her in from his stable to go to bed tonight !!!
He is a small Welsh section C, 7 years old and taught to drive by his breeder as a young pony. He has a lovely temperament and I am hoping that he and Megan will have years of fun and learning together.

This is him on the day we went to see him. I'm sure Megan will be taking lots of photos tomorrow.

I am delighted to see that Scrumpy Jack has a lovely home! You beat me to him! I was just too late to be organised and I was wondering who bought him. I wish you lots of happiness and success with him. I drive a shetland at the mo and am looking for a lovely welsh! Lovely pics of him (and lucky daughter!) Have fun, safe driving!

Aaaah, he looks lovely! Keep us up to date with his progress, is he for your daughter to compete, or just for pleasure?

Cheekypiece..... You are the second person to tell me that you just missed out on him. Megan is SO lucky to have him.
She has been spending hours every day with him, brushing him, longreining him (no cart yet) turning him out, catching him in and above all having long chats with him and cuddling him.
He is a lovely, lovely gentle boy and I don't think he will EVER go anywhere.
I hope all of you who missed out on him find another xx
