Mara, The comment about missing the class was made tongue in cheek. The rider had asked but was not given the correct info. I always say that you only learn by making a mistake, and unfortunately that was the day the rider realised that she should have been near the ring at the start of the section...which has always the advice given to me. Due to the low numbers forward in the first class/s things went on very quickly. I am usually the one man band, frantically looking for a brush in the ring, and usually only have the luxury of a groom/helper if I'm riding someone elses pony! As mac said, this is only one prediction, and there will be some lovely ponies forward. I hope that the winner is true to type and goes forward in a way that is typical to it's breed. A scottish winner would be a bonus!!

LOL, should have learned their lesson after Blair And what lesson would that be exactly? My understanding from last year's Blair is that there was more than one person who missed a qualifier or final due to lack of tannoy or confusion within the ring itself. Of course it must be easy to be in several different places at once if you've got a dozen clingons to fetch & carry for you/act as messenger boy. To set record straight. Rider was also riding a horse in the 3* Three Day Event and was therefore at the Event stable area. An Official radio'd to find out how the classes were going and were told there was a class before hers - this information was incorrect as her class was actually going in. Needless to say, by the time she got over to the showing rings (thinking she had plenty of time) she was too late! Good luck this year Trowan Moulin!

Congrats to Sydserff (sp?) Lord of the Dance, he was looking cracking and certainly deserved his Olympia ticket. Reserve was Jo Jack riding Moss-side Iain Mhor. I was a bit surprised that Trowan Moulin didn't win the class, but Iain is a heck of a pony and I reckon he got it on the conformation. Well done Jo - fab result! And one prediction I got right: despite the factor 60 sunscreen, I'm fairly pink!!!

Sorry can't help, but also would like to know who was the bay winner of the Ds. Nobody's fault this, but all the late/field entries really bugger up the catalogue! Loads in each class weren't listed.

Super day yesterday although I wish it had stayed overcast & dull - I was drenched by the end of the day. Achieved what I wanted & got some money too. Judging in my classes was excellent & everyone including the judges seemed to be enjoying themselves. Just got to work on a certain pony's enthusiasm for the job now which let us down on occasion but did give the 2 judges cause for laughter. Think this could perhaps describe my pony yesterday - think he's going to be renamed Tigger.

Thank you 'pieces of cadboard'. He was a cracker, not too horsey for my taste. I wonder if we'll be seeing him up here again?

Had a good day at the show, and my boy did well for only his 2nd outing under saddle. We only won our class as poor Daniel and Wizard had blip in their show, but my pony gained a bit more experience, and settled better in the championship. To do so well in championship was a huge bonus, considering the lovely ponies forward. Well done to Sydserf Lord of the Dance and his connections, but as I'm a Drumacre Lloer Solo fan, hope you get there too. It was good to get to meet this lovely pony. Also well done to Mac and her daughter. I kept hearing your name in the WHP results.

I know Colbeach Salaman won the 12.2 SP's and went champion, I think Kitty Kelly (?) won the 14.2's and Willowhill Forget me Not won the 13.2's (The Nicoll's show pony, think that is it's name).
Mount Pleasant Stardust qualified in the SHP's - does anyone have the 153cm SHP results?
