Is anybody doing Three Counties show next week. Its a loverly laid back show or was a couple of yrs ago when last went, but not many people chose to go why?

They have lots of new classes and qualifers this year, last year had ok entries but i think this year will be busier. HOYS M&M and M&M WHP will pull a few i would think.

Considering that a lot of money was spent on the drainage/watering systems the going is always a factor at Three Counties especially for the hunters. I assume that they allow sheep to graze the show ground as there is never enough coverage of grass to take the sting out of the going.

Any idea what level of entries in HOYS M+M ridden were last year? Not sure if I fancy hundreds of us thundering round on the usually rock hard ground!
I too heard that they had spent money on the drainage and watering but haven't seen a difference when I have been there so far.
It's a fairly busy showground so maybe they dont get the opportunity to water it??
