I've not recieved my passes for HOYS yet should i be panicking ?

I have received mine this morning, however......I have got three passes for saturday, and I am competing Thursday!! they are not even in my name!!
On another note, I paid for an extra 3, does that mean I should receive 6 white card passes in total, or do they just send the extras that were paid for?

You should have received 6 white cards in your name. Call Grandstand Media on Monday and ask for the Equestrian department. Gemma Hall is very helpful and should be able to sort the problem out for you. |
