i dont know how to do quotes so.... i agree with Sherry... to be asked to leave in 24 hrs is rather rushed?...
what did you do???
this happened to me once, i was away at uni so put my horse on full livery as i couldnt find anywhere near the uni, i visited and my horse had no hay, and was obviously hungry and my crime was asking if i could get him a haynet (it was early evening and he'd had his allowance - not enough obviously). i was very polite and wasnt accusatory or anything but the YO went off on one and shouted and balled at me. his wife rang me and apologised and asked me to stay but the man was a violent drunk!

At our yard, the owners feed on week days and we volunteer to feed at the weekends, all the horses on the yard have to be fed by 8 'O' clock, and the rules are simple ... YOU DON'T VOLUNTEER, YOUR HORSE DOESN'T GET FED! You only have to feed the horses in your stable block though, there's 20 in ours!

our yard owner can be great at times but every now and then she has moments of being completely mental - wouldn't believe my little pony had laminitis last year when we asked for more restricted grazing (which she promised us before we decided to move there) kept saying "no she didn't" was rather alarmed at this as she was on box rest for over a month
