As the NPS has given in to both sides on the Windsor Olympia muddle does it mean that all of us who haven't had our cards in Silver Medal championships now have the right to compete at Malvern in our finals as well? From what is written elsewhere on this site and the NPS website it would appear we can Is anyone able to answer this?

Would've thought the issue now is that no-one checked the cards for the Reserve ponies who have now been announced as having qualified. The stewards at those shows have confirmed this. This makes Windsor look extremely unfair for the people with the nice Highland who were Reserve there. They should be allowed to go to Olympia as well as they did have their card but it was ignored by the judge and steward. How can the NPS give qualifying places to the other ponies and not to the Highland? Also has the judge who was banned after the incident in Scotland been allowed back onto the panel? If the Windsor judge is beyond reprimand then it is only fair and just that the Scotland show is reviewed. No doubt the NPS has backed off because of the threat of legal action and abandoned those who haven't gone through their solicitors. We must ask if this is right and just or plain discriminatory. :PThe NPS looks to be looking after its own AGAIN Nothng changes
