:-*i wonder if you would share your views on what is best to wear for an evening performance when showing, my daughter is only 8 so i understand she will have to wear her riding hat but was wondering whether its best to keep to riding clothes or something different  ? |

If she has to wear a hat, then what about smart trousers, shirt and tie and a snazzy waistcoat, maybe with a bit of sparkle? Sort of a compromise between the two but the riding hat won't look out of place?

Oh yes, you didn't say! If it's ridden, stick with traditional riding gear, not keen on the 'concours' costumes personally. Just my opinion though!
