Something i've never done but would like to give a try next year ! However no idea on rules, what movements are expected, how long should it last??

Depends what level, I did circles change of reins etc. in mine and as far as I'm aware it should be 4-5 mins  x |

I did it last year and was totally shocked, that I had mis-prepared. The moves are all given to you in the schedule when it comes out BUT what you need to realise is that this is a PERFORMANCE to music. The ones that won, were almost playing out a story - on their horses, with a spoken voice commentating over their music, telling the story. Nothing like what you would expect for a BD DTM !!
Your performance needs to be like a broadway SHOW or similiar. The marks arent really allocated for dressage reasons - more of the whole performance - watchability - crowd-pleaser xx
