I say, thanks for that. I might get some as a back up as I have just paid over £40 for another set of blades for mine!

Wow - I thought I'd got a bargain on my clippers (paid £225 when they retail at well over £300). I paid £30 for a spare set of blades the other week. Could almost afford to have disposable ones with those clippers!!

I dont find find them over heavy really and the are very powerful blades alittle fiddlely compared with my others but they come with two sets and i have now clipped five horses with one set and still cutting which is better than my liveryman blades do ,the blades look quite course but you can off set the bottom blade according to how close you want them to cut and i also found that i had to tighten the tention more than its says but i am more than pleased with them and yes you get some spares too .i got the maxtra too.

Would you like to advise me where to get a good pair from. My clippers died on me half way through a trace clip a few weeks ago and it looked horrific.
