4 yo palomino by rotherwood peter pan, welsh part bred registered riding pony, 121cm, and a superb attitude and temperament. Winner at county in hand as a youngster, only been shown unaffiliated this year.
I bred this pony and sold her to a lovely family at the beginning of the year. She has basically done such a fab job with the lead rein job that the little girl whom she was bought for is now needing a first year first ridden. The little girl could hardly ride when purchased and she's given her so much confidence she now wants to go off doing gympkhana etc. Unfortunately lolly is too green herself at only 4 years to take an equally novice child to do first ridden and so they have made the very difficult decision to sell her. When I sold her to them I obviously realised that children grow etc and a 12 hand pony is not likely to last forever. I also realised that the little girl was dead keen and was likely to progress quickly. However I had hoped that the next daughter would grow into her. Unfortunately she isnt as keen with horses however and thus the sad decision to sell has been made. They have assured me that the pony has not put a foot wrong in any way and as they have sent me literally weekly updates with hundreds of photos of her being groomed, ridden, at shows, on hacks, in the field, being cuddled to death etc by small children I do believe this is true. Its just a case of the pony no longer meeting the child's needs and noone could have predicted that a novice child with novice pony would come on so so quickly (a testament to the pony IMO).
So I would like to help them find her another super home where she will be loved and cuddled to death. She was professinally broken and schooled and has been ridden off the lead rein but is green and novicey. She is now apparently a dab hand at the lead rein job. Her mother was a superb school mistress. I have no doubt this one will be the same in a season's time with the right child. Her temperament is superb, she is nicely put together and was clean limbed when I sold her. She has a good pop in her and would make a fab cradle stakes pony.
she is the ultimate barbie pony ;D
does anyone know of a super home? They are not looking to make money on her and would like £1750 which is what they paid. MTM tack and rugs available by separate negotiation. A quick hunt on HQ shows similar ponies with as good a temperament and potential are asking 3k plus.
I can send a million pics by email and will pass on the phone number to anyone interested.

I especially want to stay in touch with this pony and will always offer her a home here should she become unsound, unrideable or unwanted.
thanks
