Is that if your OH is not going at the right pace sagey ;D ;D What tune get him going The Death March. I say hatman you stay up late, I was fast asleep when you wrote that post. I hope everyone's animals were ok, lot more fireworks last night than I expected. Mine don't care, especially Onion who is stone deaf, but I hate them for the fear they put into other animals.

Glorious morning with us, and lol, I'm not feeling so wimpish today. OH has just brought his laptop in with a picture of David Beckham in his splint. Same sort! Toes down as you say snapdragons, and the bit that was holding has now gone apparently, probably due to three bouts of mind bending agonising cramp! Can keep warm today Sagey, sun in the windows and OH has the heating way up! Wiggling toes and rubbing upper leg is most definitely helpful. Feel less like murdering something or dissolving in tears. Thank you for all your support yesterday folks. It was truly appreciated.

Go Viking, glad you are feeling a bit more positive today. Now you will get your down days so be really kind to yourself and don't keep it to yourself either, share it out, for we have huge shoulders.
Expect the fireworks will be awful again tonight.

DC that dog looks so happy! Love the collar!
Viking glad yyou are feeling more positive!
Been on a great hack today, we took our connies for a great gallop, they were well up for it! Has set me up for the weekend :-)
Going to a BOnfire party tonight, we go to the same friends every year, I think I will keep My little lad indoors though because he had a very odd reaction to fireworks on Thursday night - he went floppy, clammy and quiet and asked for bed! Poor little man! Anyway, he was fine after a good nights sleep so I think we will just watch from afar (very afar) tonight.

Hi just a quick one to say I feel very chuffed I went out for dinner last night (first time in AGES) but my absolute highlight was I wore a pair of proper shoes, no support insoles, and they had a bit of a heel - woohoooo. Now I know that sounds nothing to all you lot, but it's the first time in over 3 yrs I've worn anything other than boots, trainers or deck shoes with the special supports in them. Finally seeing some progress and think I might be able to dance or run again one day, never thought I'd ever be able to wear shoes again or walk barefoot and I hit that hurdle last month so woohoooo.
Right have a good weekend - i'm off for a while to lurk but just had to share how such a tiny little thing means such a lot. I'm easily pleased.

Wow! I've been out! Such a peach of an afternoon, I got a ride (in the wheelchair) around the harbour wall. Not a lot going on, but it was so very nice to be out in the sunshine again. I can manage to walk a bit with the aid of the crutches and splint but it's a bit of a dodgy experience. Inspection ? That will be right Sage. It was much more spectacular last week. The bruising is going a bit now! Missing my old mare - feeling I would like another - not something OH is wanting to hear, but I reckon I could have cokey- back ridden her out, if I could have got on that is. Must be feeling better. Thanks again folks.

LOL LOTI.... but, it is true, I have to be very careful in my job. we do get targeted now and again...
I have been cleaning and tidying up all day, apart from mucking out, buying horse feed, looking after Bali, bla bla bla..
We were invited to a party last night, but matey was pretty poorly so we had a take away instead..
X factor later, so that will keep me entertained.. LOL

Dazy that picture of your friends dog is so funny he/she looks very pleased with himself. How's Bali doing is she picking up a bit?
Viking glad you're feeling better, it's amazing what a breath of sea air can do to lift the spirits.
Great news about the shoes HM, you'll have to get a pair of Jimmy Choos to celebrate.x

Well done haggis ,thats great. I really want to take my foals to a show later this month but not sure if my leg is really up to it just imagine if it snapped when i was trying to run my foal out ,i would hit the deck and probably pee myself lol i would never be able to show my face there again Viking,so glad you got out today i know it really makes a difference, when i did my leg last year i was pregnant so just sat indoors feeling like total crap and ended up so unfit it has been really hard to try and get back to normal Just dont over-do it you dont want to slow down the healing ,take care x

She was on Breakfast yesterday and they showed clips of her when she won the American version of Dancing with Stars(seems a bit unfair she was on it really) but she was amazing. She most likely has had a bit of a nip and tuck but she has an incredible figure and is so fit She must be a slave to excercise, how old must she be - I would guess well in her 50's.

Well done haggis. Bet you did feel pleased. Nothing like a nice pair of shoes to go out in. Makes a difference.
Agree snapdragons, getting some degree of fitness back is going to be difficult. I'm already feeling feeble and that's only three weeks!
Glad Bali's eating. Hope she picks up.
Super night. Stars and moon shining brightly.
