Ah ah drawn you into joining into FC though Guestless! And chocolate raisins count as one of the five a day, calcium from the milk in the chocolate and a good source of fibre too so feel free to consume guilt free.

I do partake in FC now and again - usually when I am skivving work, but I've got a galeforce wind to venture out in now to see to the ponies so I need to leave you all to your own devices......try to behave ;D

I think chocolate raisins should def count :-) Blueberry muffins are one of my favourites, they contain blueberrys which are very good for you so must be healthy

It stinks of polish in here. I say it is blowing a gale down here in the South, it must be terrible up north.

Indeed it is S&O - had to get the steps out to climb up the apple tree and recover the pony bandages which blew off the washing line - that's twice today so I've given up and stuck them in the airing cupboard.
Oooh Arabella I love blueberry muffins.

I had to take the smalls off the line, can't have my drawers over the Common again, especially the once white ones that have gone grey ;D Actually this wind is exhausting, takes your breath away. We haven't had a drop of rain forever and now this wind is drying everything up further. AND the septic tank is in danger of overflowing and the poo services only have one tanker in action

Still no rain down here at all just very windy. But I wont be going out much over the next few days, went to the GP this morning and it appears that Alice, Hattie and myself all have chicken pox - and yes we have all had it before - apparently its an old wives tale that you can only get it once!! Itchy as hell!!

The girls dont feel at all and have been out round the farm with daddy all day. |I feel like i am getting flu - just a bit rough. No school for them all week then half term then inset day so 7 June until they go back - lots of riding - ponies wont mind if they're spotty!!

I say highill that's terrible you have chicken pox. I got it as an adult from my daughter and I was really poorly with it.

Louise had chickenpox twice , she had it really mild and i thought well she has got of lightly there only for her to get it again about a month after really bad . Apparently if you only have it mild the first time you dont become imune to it . Its meant to be worse if you get it as an adult . LP just been reading your thread about Sam sorry he was upset its so hard for Kids to even get in the ring let alone for the judge to tell him off . I hope it hasnt knocked his confidence to much . I got told off by the judge yesterday as shettie to fat , I know she is and i am doing all i can to get the weight of her . Funny thing is the same judge put her first a month ago when she was fatter than she is now . Im sorry if im repeating myself now as i cant get on the old FC thread but i was so proud of Louise yesterday she took Nutmeg in the child handler class and was stood next to a little girl who had never done it before [little girl was crying on the walkround as she didnt know what to do ] and she asked Louise what to do so she told her walk away and trot back towards the judge and the judge would move out of the way etc . The little girl won and Louise was second and she was so pleased for the other girl . She came out and said ahh she was only 7 and didnt know what to do so i told her . I was so pleased that she thought helping the little girl out was more important than winning Must say we are doing fun local shows mostly this year and not missing the affiliated shows at all , we spend most of the day chatting with friends and Louise enjoys it wherever she comes .

Can I just say, actually chocolate raisins count as TWO of your five a day? Raisins are fruit of course, but chocolate is made from Cocoa beans, now beans count as well don't they? So a nice glass of bucks fizz to wash them down would count as another two, which only leaves you with one to find! Bargain!
