yes you can have a privacy setting on there and if you dont like being on there it is quite easy to de-activate your account. Be aware though it is very addictive!! lol xx

kayjem, you can't join facebook. if you do I will be the only one left in the country that doesn't go on it! I have a page apparently, but I don't know how I got it and also I have two whole friends. I only know that because brindle told me and I have no idea who my two friends in the whole world are.

I never went on on FB, but since trying to win this modelling competition for Lilly, I have taken off all my priavacy settings and have accepted friends from totaly unknown walks of life... suicide bombers and all .....
Hubby is very worried, BUT if you dont post personal details on FB, what can they steal from you?

I find it all so terrifying really, this facebook thing. I mean so many people who go on it end up on the Jeremy Kyle show. The times I have nearly choked on my porridge watching them.
I don't want any of you to know the real me, the quiet, kind, nice person who really is quite sensitive. I want you all to think I am a robust, overconfident, quite bloshy individual I am as sageandonion. [She puffs her chest out]
brindle it would be great if you and your foalie got pulled off facebook and on to the Jeremy Kyle show. You could bring on the pervie farmer as well and we could gasp at your relevations!

sagey it is quite easy to get an account for twitter. *go to www.twitter.com*select the 'register' button *fill in your details and username like you would to register here and bobs your uncle F*nnies your aunt you have twitter. You dont even need to provide personal details. then you search for your fav celebrities and 'follow' them. Their tweets will fill the page when you sign in every day xx |

You are not going to believe this, but I am conversing with ....... A Man! on another forum.
Bit of a story really, but I am getting ready to make an official complaint about the Police. So I have gone onto a forum which gives advice and they talk in all this secret service type language and it is all very complicated and I get referred to legal cases and stuff. Everso interesting. Anyway there is this chap and he is giving me legal advice. I thought he was a barrister, but he said he is off to watch the football but will be back. Do you think barristers watch football?

Don't normally post in her but notice your post Lady Pink and thought I should mention that your mobile phone number appears to be open to everyone. You might want to think about changing that setting or removing your number. You can do it through your privacy settings. Really the only thing you need open to the pubic is Lilly photo. S+O that made me giggle about jemery Kyle. I can see the head line now......... HRH sageandonion, love triangle with cousin second removed and best friends son, who's the father!!?? |

Sagey, I was thinking the other day, we don't know much about the "real" you!
LP you can easily change your facebook settings back after you have finished the comp but definitely remove your telephone number asap!
I hide the most annoying people on FB so they don't clog my newsfeed (don't worry not the HGers I have as friends!) I also have routine Friend Culls - which sounds awful but if I have been friends with someone on FB who I never speak to, see or catch up with occasionally (at least on a yearly basis) I delete them.
ETA - woohoo that was my 900th post!
Also ETA - after my friend culls I have FCR - friend cull remorse, for days!

I'm here hate football too!! Luckily hubby does too!!
Had a fab day my yearling who most of you know from Facebook I wasn't sure about taking him out was 2nd in a huge yearling class so pleased with him. Then my daughter after a slightly rocky start had a 3rd and a 5th in the workers and won the first ridden......then went champion!!!! So chuffed with her and the pony who is only 5 and has some , shall we say issues!! Very good day until the people who had the wrong coloured foal came and started on me!!! So that just depressed me again!!
Starlight -well done today xx
Spider arrived with me today and is safely installed at my yard now, and hatman will be partying now in Hampshire! Lucky her
