Sec Cs winner was Emma Boardman on a liver chestnut
Been out of M&Ms for a while so not sure who all the ponies are.

I still don't have complete confidence in the way the marks are recorded, added-up etc in HOYS qualifiers. At Kelso my pony appeared to be unplaced in her class but as I was interested to see what marks she got went to have a look afterwards. She was in fact 4th - the marks had been added up correctly and 4th place was written next to her number! This means that the wrong number had been read out and the connections of a fell pony (I think) wrongly believe their pony was placed. All the other prizes were given out correctly in the class. Ultimately this didn't really matter apart from my personal satisfaction but it would have been very messy if they had got the first 2 placings wrong and the qualification had gone to the wrong pony!

i took my 2 year old to kelso, what annoyed me was he had one one of his classes, and was in to the champion ship where he could have qualified for HOYS, there where only 3 in the class, the other two where pratting around kicking out as it was raining, Harry didn't put a foot wrong and one of the others got placed (which i had seen in the 4 year old class), saw them later that day have in a brew and a chit chat. Favoritism she must have none the competitor and put them first. most annoying and unfair, makes me feel like i put all my hard work in to nothing, its who u know that get u places not how well mannered and shown ur horse is.
