I have a light palomino miniature shetland who likes to roll in poo, which won't do her winter showing career any good Although the weather is fairly mild at the moment, I don't think I could bring myself to bath her come December/January. She's really fluffy so I need a very good dry shampoo - the cheapy Requisite stuff I've been using doesn't seem to cut it! Any ideas?

Magic Clean! Its the best that ive found, and not to expensive, Although you do need quite a bit, and dont put your face to near the cloth you use as it does have a very strong smell, It could make you high! lol Or the only other thing i can recomend is to put a lightweight rug on now, and just leave it on, That will help to keep her clean. xx

I think once I've got her clean for the show this weekend she'll have her full body pajamas on every night for the next 3 weeks for the following shows! Thanks for the recommendation, I'll go see if I can find some.

could you not bath her in warm water and use the dirty beastie shampoo by Wahl? It's the best stuff I have ever used!! and it smells GORGEOUS! and then simply baby wipe any muck off

She comes up really nicely with cowboy magic but even if I do it with warm water she takes literally about 6hrs to dry because she's so fluffy so she gets really cold. I might just take the hair dryer up to the yard!

Aww bless her! Bet it's her baby coat too! We did that this weekend you know to dry our miniature stallion and then we straightened his mane and tail
