Just when I thought I had finally finished our schedule for next year we now find out we have been awarded a qualifier for BSPS RIHS Heritage! This is apparantly a new class and an extension to the Pretty Polly classes at the RIHS! oh well back to the drawing board!

WELL! As I am going for a degree in logistical planning for our show with all the classes! Finally sorted the schedule, then we had to wait for this realocation of qualifiers luckily we still have everything we normally do. Then a week later we get the good news we have been awarded Olympia semi finals - so back to the drawing board. All finished this week, judges letters going out to confirm and THEN ..... last night our secretary phones to say we have had a letter from the BSPS to say we have been awarded a PP Heritage RIHS qualifier! I say there is no such class - she say's there is now! I believe it is a new class to extend the PP classes - it is a mixed breeds class so just one class. So back to the drawing board for me! Good news for some but I am still concerned by the reduction in the straight RIHS Heritage class qualifiers, we never had these anyway but I do know Ardingly Spring have lost their qualifier and so have BSPS Area 15, as these are neighbouring areas I hate to think how far we may have to travel to try and qualify. Anyway good news for all you HP folks - I think it will be a popular class so put a note in your diary BSPS AREA 14 SUMMER SHOW - 28th April 2012. Qualifiers for RIHS - SP;LR;FR;SHP;Ints;P/B Arabs;WHP;Heritage LR & FR; PP LR;FR;SP;SHP;Heritage. RIHS PUK Young Riders; NPS RIHS WHP; Olympia Semi finals and Premier League classes for all! I will be the stressed looking ring co-ordinater!!

Whoop whoop! Great news for the home-produced ... let's hope the new RIHS Heritage class is entered in the spirit intended and those of us who are genuinely home-produced get a chance to compete @ the final ... good luck everyone

Don't know the answer to that I'm afraid as we haven't been given that as a qualifier. I am guessing that the BSPS will update their website once everything is confirmed with qualifiers so suggest you all keep a watchful eye on that!! I don't think I could cope with anymore changes to our schedule!!

Rang BSPS today and sadly no Heritage PP LR/FR RIHS class but if we all write in and enough people request it , it may be considered

We have lost our flat ridden heritage area 13a so officially have no RI or HOYS qualifiers in Cornwall anymore, such a shame!
