Novice SHP/SP Finals Spring Festival

Okay I'm very confused! Do NPS still run qualifiers for a novice SP/SHP class at the spring festival in April? If so - where are the qualifiers?! I know they're on the NPS website, but most of their affiliated shows seem to hold M&M qualifiers for the spring festival not any for the novice SP/SHP - or does the class not run anymore? But looking under last years results (as the schedule isn't out yet) the novice SP/SHP classes are classed as the Stanford Pure Novice Final.

So yes basically;
do you have to qualify...as I can't find any qualifiers!?

there are qualifiers ( I THINK!) from memory NPS Area 20 winter show, and NPS area 7 - Bury farm so they are about

Looked around - seem to be some for the MMs up here, but can't find ONE novice SP/SHP qualifier in the midlands/north
