i have a 5yr old shettie shes a lovely little thing hasnt done much in her life so needs to start from scratch i just dont know where to start but also try and help my daughter with her and what size bit would i put in her? shes not a mini but isnt a full size shettie thanks guys for your help xx

Get a soft tape measure in her mouth and leave a finger each side and get a rough measurement. Its surprising with shetties some have a 3inch mouths some have a 5inch!! If you can get her on long lines in the school and out hacking it will really help. Has she been backed ever?

thanks guys well when i bought her they said she had but basicaly all they had done was put a teenager on her and rag her round a feild the poor thing wouldnt know whats hit her, hence why i want to start from scratch with my little girl rather than stick her on the pony and he think what the hells going on, thanks for the advice guys xxx
