COMBERTON CAFFREY

Rising 6 year old, Bay, Mare, currently standing at 15.1hh
Caffrey is a lovely, genuine mare with an excellent temperament, she is good to trim, clip, plait, load, bath, shoe and is 100% in all traffic, alone and in company. She regularly scores around 70% at dressage and has had several wins, always commented on how relaxed and consistent she is. We have been on Somerford Park Farm Ride, and jumped logs, tyres and steps, she loves water.
In her first winter of showing (2010) she qualified for the Open, Restricted and Novice at the Winter Champs, where we came 6th in the Novice at the final. Caffrey was perfectly behaved in the evening performance; she went in first and didn’t even bat an eyelid. We did several Bright Stars Hunter Pony qualifiers, being highly placed in each one; we qualified at Honley Show out of a class of 12. We did a few Open Classes for practise, the highlight of these was being Blue Riband SHP Champion at the Area 3B Summer Show. We were Area 3B Novice Points and Open 153cm Points Champions 2011. She qualified for the Open and Restricted at the Winter Champs, she is fit and ready to go for this season.
Caffrey has a massive amount of scope and will jump whatever you put her at, height is not an issue. She has been to Port Royal show jumping and got a clear round. She would make a fantastic worker/event prospect but just needs some time spending on her jumping. POA
