Reward not Smite

there seems to be a problem on this forum with people smiting for the fun of it, so why dont the mods either completly get rid of karma or just let people reward people, that way there would be no unfair smiting!

This has been brought up before, and we did run a poll to see whether to abandon the karma system, if I remember rightly, it was marginally in favour of keeping the karmas.
