Hi, I'm really confused as to which society I need to become a member with... I'm going to showing my welsh D & SHP in some flat HOYS & RIHS qualifiers this season, which society is best for me to join? Who do I need to register (rider, owner, pony) ? Some people have said BSPS, some have said NPS and I'm finding it all really confusing! Thanks for reading

hi there it is all confusing... this is what i think i know lol... if you join the bsps you can compete in all the hoys flat classes with your d and the rihs quals too... if you want to do junior rihs you would need to join puk ... you need to join the bsps and register your pony with them... and if you are under 18 you will need a parent to join as an adult member and you as a junior member. You do not need a jmb certificate to compete in flat m and m classes but should you qualify for hoys you would need one then....
I am sorry I do not know anything about your shp as dont have these . I think its all down to different socieities offering qualifiers for different shows, ie hoys rihs and olympia but on the advice i have received the bsps seems to offer the most... good luck and sorry if any info is wrong , i find it all confusing too x

RIHS: M&M WHP - NPS All other classes - BSPS (So you'll need to be BSPS & join the rider, owner & register the pony) HOYS: All classes - NPS, PUK, or BSPS (You'll need to register the rider, owner & pony) So your best shot is BSPS
