For RIHS and HOYS open 133cm workers are D's acceptable or should split reins be used with a pelham?

As far as im aware you are allowed either but personally i think 2 reins looks better! :)xx

Thanks for the reply. I agree 2 reins better but 10 year with small hands so can manage flat with 2 but not jumping.

You can get reins which attach like split reins but join into 1 in the middle don't know what there called but know someone who has them

Thanks for replies. I have some jefferies split reins but going to get them covered in rubber as can't hold pony in plain leather.

Definitely split reins. Personally I'd just get rubber put onto the inside of the reins as less for little hands to hold and neater
