my horse has started to get his winte3r coat and has lost his shine, i was really looking forward to showing him throught winter, but he looks a disgusting greyie- dunny colour if i clipp him and i wanted to avoid it. if i rug him up he sweats up, i dont mind about the furyness of him i was just woundering if anyone knew any ways i could make him shiny at shows with out using coat shine ?? please help thank you in advance x

After you have bathed him, Get a Towel or a sponge and rub baby oil into his coat it always works for me !

Presumably your winter shows will be inside so be very careful that you don't put too much oil on as it will be a magnet for dust and your lad will not look nice.

mane and tail will help keep the dust off him, and helps bring out a bit of a shine.. use it on the highland!!
