the things that stick out for me are skirt should be longer, tie you hair back neatly, and I probably would want less flesh on show on your chest area maybe a scarf or something ?
i like the colour and your hat though

Definitely long skirt or trousers. My Mother always told me you should wear tights if you wear a skirt (even a longer one!) - I would wear tights if you are going to wear a skirt. And yes, tie hair back neatly. I would consider a blouse that buttons up more, and wear a silk scarf in appropriate colour or a tie to match jockey. I wear my country boots to run in - they look fine under a long skirt. Although some folk prefer black trainers or other such shoes.

Good advice goven above. I wouldn't have leg/ chest showing. I do like the colours you are wearing though but would have your jockey in a tweed jacket (sorry if it is, it looks like a solid colour on my computer, I can't tell 100percent of the photo). Good Luck

As above. Personally I would wear a longer skirt or some culottes and always with opaque tights in a toning colour, tie the hair back and wear a scarf at your neck, maybe dark gold with some red to pick up from your jockeys outfit.
Also I would aim to get your jockeys shirt and jods to be a closer match. I am a fan of dark yellow jods but if you are not you could try a lighter shirt. (But I am picky!)
A nice overall picture - just a few tweaks needed.
Enjoy and have a good season!

Thanks for all your comments everyone! sorry i havent replied sooner, have been in hospital! Will try and get a longer skirt and a higher shirt, to be honest it was all thrown together fairly last minute!! haha! Jockey is in a dark green tweed with red overcheck and has now got some canary jods to match shirt
