IV HAD MY TWEED LR OUTFIT FOR SALE, AND THE AMOUNT OF TIMEWASTER IV HAD,,,, 20 plus. last week i had two people just wanting the leaders jacket, when id advertised the handlers and childs plus skirt. one arranged to have all at a set figure, she would send me a cheque as she needed it desperate for this weekend. iv parceled it up ready to go, and was going to send it without waiting for the cheque to clear( idiot) as i wanted her to get it for weekend. still no more contact or cheque......i wouldnt mind i told the other lady i had sold it so now loist her as well.

Welcome to selling things on here unfortunately. I haven't had it that bad, but people PM asking for info (that is already on the ad) and for pictures (which are already on the ad) and then you get no further information. I'm sticking it all on Ebay when I get time to faff with it!

ive always tried to be prompt with selling and buying , i think the only thing you can do is to say that the items will stay up for sale until fund are cleared /recieved,and a list made of potential purchasers that you will contact in order of application , having said that i got gerzumped the other day on hg , when a seller contacted me to say she had not recieved payment from a buyer , and i was next in line , promptly responded , only for her to say she had sold it to someone else aaaaahhhhhh ,but thats selling and buying for you !!!!

Perfect, hi! Why not go back to the other lady and explain politely that the original buyer hasn't yet come up with the readies, so if she's still interested, the outfit is available. Buying or selling anything can indeed be stressful, from properties downwards. But just take a step back. At least you didn't post the package....did you?? |

I would ask them to gift the payment through paypal. You get the money straight away and I think there is no fee or a reduced fee.

not kept the other ;ladies no, id put my phone no on advert and she had text me...the lady who said shed send a cheque said she didnt have a paypal account... oh well never mind...anyone need a lead rein outfit...lol..

had a lovely lady call me about the above outfit, she had it there and then. paid paypal as we spoke, arrange a courier and sent me a label forthem. it went the following day and arrived later that day. had a loverly message from her saying it was the bargain of the centuary and she waS SO PLEASED WITH IT. so glad it went to someone who appreciated a good outfit..
