Hello, I'm new!! Please could you let me know your opinions as I am after a new hat and can't decide between the two - I think I prefer the look of Fiona but price of hickstead. Also if anyone has any could you post some pics of you wearing either of these - particularly the hickstead. Thank you in advance Amy

You need to go and try them on, they are different shapes and depending on the shape of your head and face will determin which hat suits you best.

Definitely try on first - we went for the Hickstead as like the look more - and like the price too - but it looked so wrong - despite lots of our friends wearing them and looking fab - so we ended up with Fiona x

That's the problem I have, I'm in Cornwall and we don't have any local stockists which makes things very difficult

The Fiona - there's no comparison when you try them on

As much as I love my Fiona it doesn't fit the shape of my head well and gives me a headache after wearing for about an hour

You have to try. The Hickstead I find is much smaller than most hats (I'm about 2 sizes bigger in it!). Never buy without trying, all hats are different!
