what is your worst habit when riding leading ext. mine is i can't leg up i have had so many instructors come and wait for me to put my leg out.

Umm... My hands. I wibble wobble wibble wobble them about, my dressage teacher sais I could make a cake

apparently when i'm nervous, I sit to the side....

I'd say mine is long stirrups! At a show they're usually always just right, but at home I'm usually mistaken as a Dressage Rider! I'm not sure why but I feel more comfortable riding long, when out hacking, as it allows me to sit deeper, & think 'forward'! But I must stop dropping them

mine is dropping my outside hand , ive gotten better than i was as i seem to focus on keeping it up a lot

Mine is having one stirrup shorter than the other by about 2 holes!!
Its because me pelvis is really out so one of my legs is longer than the other!!
Tried the chiropractor but everytime he puts it in place, by the time I have stood up again its already gone out again!!

I let my hands 'hang', so rather than 'holding cups of tea' I 'ride a motorbike' then have my hands literally vertically down, frustrates me so much when I realise I'm doing it! My other one is having my legs about a foot off the pony's sides so I'm putting no leg on at all, believe me, this is the hardest habit to get out of!

MTA - I also have a habit of day dreaming in the line up (especially at county shows) & not knowing the set show or not noticing when the steward has called me forward.

Yeah, looking down, is a problem for me, I like looking how curvy the neck is ... and hands :/

Mine is looking down and 'hunching over' too! I like to see what his head is doing or look at his big mane I hate looking at photos from shows to see that I'm looking down on all of them

Leaning forward, omg it's singularly the most annoying thing in the world, started doing it when told to 'sit light' on babies and sharp ponies and it seems to have stuck

OMG i am rubish at paying atention to them will be walking round after doing show and the stuwerd will be shouting waving and there i am on a differant planet. normaly it is "youhou on the palimino"

Ah mine is the fact that I ride really short, I have fairly little legs but I ride shorter than need-be! However, I had to ride stupid-long last Saturday!

I do turn my hands over sometimes, I've got better but I do it more on some ponies than I do on others, don't know why :/
And I stick my toes out, really annoys me when I notice!

Last season my left hand lifted all the time when he got strong,fixed that, now this season its my right hand it goes forwards and up his neck

In my first class I unknowingly get nervous and cannot leave my hands alone.
Because I'm starting to ride other horses alot, I do little kicks kicks kicks with my feet again unknowingly?
then in the line-up& for the judge not really a habit but I drop my reins.. because Monty doesn't put his head in a contact stood and you can't make him ;D but if i get my mind to it... I don't do any of it! ;D
