I have brought the M&M package this year and I'm staying in the Arden Hotel! Thing is my grandparents are thinking of coming for a jolly on the Thursday and are on about staying in the Crowne Plaza or Hilton. Can anyone help which one is best for them?? Thanks  |

Crowne Plaza is far nicer in my opinion but both are perfectly acceptable. I've had issues with long check ins at the Hilton and once my room had been double booked (!) but they're both about 5-10 min walk

Crowne for me have stayed at the Hilton at least a dozen times through work
and find the Hilton poor value for money and the Fire Alarm goes of regularly at unearthly hours due to poor design

I stayed at the crowne plaza last year, it's very nice but expensive for what you get. I suppose it depends on their budget, I've just booked the etap for £98 for 2 nights! Im aware it's very basic but I'm not really that bothered.
