Where did everyone get their show jackets from? I've decided to get a bit more into showing as my novice is going really well and we finally have our own horsebox.. I do have a tweed jacket but its now too big for me so looks a little scruffy and not quite the right colour. I'm looking for a darker green with maybe orange/red/brown check to complement my chestnut D. I've heard pretty ponies are good as a friend has a beautiful jacket from them, any other reccomendations/ suggestions so I can have a good look round before parting with lots of money!!

Another vote for Janet at le beau cheval. I am just buying our third jacket. They are so friendly and jackets fit perfectly!

100% le beau cheval, my daughter has had 4 jackets from Janet and I have lead rein outfit and son's jacket from her too, nothing is too much trouble and the jackets are lovely

I recommend Showing Selection- my daughters jacket was made specially for her and it is perfect. Unlike my Mrs Candy made-to-not-measure jacket which was a disastrous waste of money.

I have a showing selection that's brown with a purple checked pattern on it. Looks fab on my red and white coloured So brown could be an option for you to consider :-)

I have a dark green tweed with a burgundy and navy overcheck which seems to match most ponies ;D it's from Showing Selection, wouldn't hesitate to go back to them for another.

I love green with chestnuts, and agree with others that Janet at Le Beau Cheval is just great. Fantastic quality and superb customer service. The tweeds on the website are only a small selection of those she has available, so arrange to go there if you can, or contact her for samples if you're a bit further afield. We bought jackets in a tweed that's not been on the website, and I haven't seen it anywhere else, but we absolutely loved it when we went to visit her and looked through all the tweeds available.

For fantastic tailoring and exceptional quality I would only go to
Alexander James

Nici, where is she based? Think I recognise bridgewater horse shoe on your signature, if so.. Were just down the road from there at hatton is she far away? And yes fayeandash she does say its limited, I'm hoping I can go and get something a fairly similar colour is she has anything else at the moment mine is fairly light green so doesn't look quite right on the chestnut
