3 Questions As security is so poor at shows why are owners and judges being banned when their animals fail dope tests? We all know ponies have returned home with mystery illnesses and in some cases have even been said to have bene destroyed so how come societies can ban people whose animals are stabled overnight at shows? Unless full security is offered how can anyone be sure that their animals haven't been got at? A pony was even got at on a wagon earlier this year so we're not even safe to park now. Can someone answer these please.

Agree with the previous post that security is an issue and poses all sorts of problems to both owners/exhibitors and those attempting to implement fair competition. A better idea would be to increase fines substantially, require compulsory re-testing at randomly selected shows of the accused owner/exhibitor at thier expense in addition to short bans. This would benefit showing organisations financially threefold as they would receive income to use for further testing, ensure animals aren't abused and those accused will continuue spend money on entries, show expenses, etc to the benefit of all but themselves.
