I don't plan, but I know roughly what I want to do. I intend to school twice a week, normally Sat and Tue, the Tuesday is a lesson. Go out in the trailer at least once to hack and the rest is done around the exercise track, transitions, lateral work and fittening work. Sometimes alone and sometimes in company. I aim for them to have one day off a week.
Some weeks I do this. Sometimes vile weather and college workload get the better of me and it slips. I don't go with a rigid mind set of what I'm going to do in each session, but always aim to improve something.

I work my fell 6 times a week, this includes at least 1 hacking session (mostly hill work at walk and trot) 1 session on the pessoa, I have one hour long lesson per week and school another twice so that leaves either another hack or pessoa session, If the weather is nice though I hack as much as possible and school on my hacks, we are lucky to have clear wide roads that I can leg yield across, I may school for half an hour and then go out for a 40 min hack after to cool down. I also have an equilibrium massage pad that I put on medium for half an hour before each schooling session, cuts my warm up time in half and he is much freer, more relaxed and ready to work.
