Just about to enter online! Looks good However- the ring/timetable says PUK Cobs and Hunters in Ring 5 from 8am, but the schedule says not before 12 noon? Please could someone confirm - 2 hour journey = 5am start (or hopefully 9am, depending which is correct!) Thank you

If you've been on the HOYS website and registered all your details, horse/pony, rider and owner then yes just go to our on line entry system at www.ncpa-derbys.co.uk and click on the "button" on top right of the home page and it'll take you straight to the entry system where you can input your entry, many thanks. Thanks Pam .. sorry to be a pain but think i have filled everything in on Hoys form but cant find the unique number ?? and also when i go to ncpa to enter it is declining my membership number? If i enter the old fashioned way what else do i need to send with my entry form... do i fill in the hoys entry form on their website and send it to you - sorry I am sure these questions are driving you mad.. much preferred the old way lol x

The most important thing is that you've fully registered all your details on HOYS website, I don't know how you get a "unique number" perhaps you could contact HOYS direct for that information, I'm sure they'll be happy to help. Our entry system will only accept the current years NCPA membership number so you need to check your orange membership card for the correct number, and it must be put on as it reads on the card i.e. letters -numbers-letters. If you wish to send a postal entry thats fine, we don't need the HOYS entry form just ours, but you MUST have put yourself etc. onto HOYS website as I said before, and please remember closing date for postal entries is next Tuesday, May 15th. Hope all this helps please ask if theres anything else you want to know, thanks.

Please can I just clarify once more as ccs phone is ringing off the hook with queries re the HOYS form. Every one who wishes to enter a HOYS qualifier must fill in a HOYS registration form either by post or on line and send it to HOYS. This form then enables you to enter as many HOYS qualifiers with the same animal as you like. The show's entry form should then be filled in as per usual. It is NOT necessary to send the HOYS form to the show. I hope that has clarified things a little. It is quite simple and will be a good idea, once everyone has got the hang of it. Entries close tomorrow the 15th May . Strictly no late entries.

No need to enter the unique number. Shows do not need this it is purely to identify you on the HOYS database.
