Anyone any good ideas as to what to use on hind legs overnight but mainly that shavings don't stick too!! Tried equi-chaps stable wraps - rubbish - wrapped around his fetlocks this morning so no use whatsoever!

i like my thermatex leg wraps, mine are the older type so bedding does stick but you can get the cordura outer onesthat are newer ......... cosy clean legs x

I use the amigo travel boots and the ponies have them on overnight. They are not stiff at all and do not seem to restrict movement or make them uncomfortable. However, have never had them move or get them off and always have lovely clean legs with no bandage marks on the day of the show!

If you put cling film on it it works! It also keeps swelling down

Personally I wouldn't want to put cling film on and heat up my ponies' tendons all night....

Keepdreaming : this is purely to prevent him 'self harming' when in his bedroom, has caught himself a couple of times so it's just for protection only. (He's the 'Zumba' teacher in his block)

Horseylady, thanks for the offer but I think he's more of a medium!

Premier equine stable boots can't recommend them highly enough. And last a lifetime
