Hi. I am also thinking of taking a lovely pony. Only selling as we live in Devon so most people get put off travelling to see our ponies! Given up advertising. Looking at last years prices on the Brightwells website it did nt look good. May be it might be a bit better as day before farye oaks? Any one have any more comments? As i would also be interested to hear. It costs a fortune to enter and travel up so need a bit of interest/feedback

Last year it was at Malvern with the Brightwells festival of the horse sale, I have a feeling it has moved this year?
The sale was well attended for the Brightwells general section and then the BCPS section, there were some lovely ponies entered in the NPS but unfortunately I think the mass market of buyers were after the main sale horses (which were fair quality Irish leg at each corner sort/eventers/RC sorts for the most part!) rather than the more specialist NPS entry, and I think being at the end of the day didn't help the sales prices either as it was a LONG day, I went but had accidentally filled the lorry before the NPS sale started so had to head home! But I had a good look around what was up for sale and really nice quality ponies, the eventual prices were such a shame.
