As well as all the normal range of classes we have new for the 2012 Summer Show an All Welsh Supreme In Hand Championship.
Also we are holding the B.S.P.S Bright Stars Classes which are Qualifiers for the Bright Stars Championships to be held at the B.S.P.S
Summer Championships, Arena UK, Grantham 22nd - 25th August 2012 with the Supreme Championship taking place during the Saturday Evening Performance,1st, 2nd and 3rd placed horses and ponies in the following Bright Stars classes will qualify: Lead Rein Pony, First Ridden Pony, Riding Pony, Ridden Hunter Pony, Intermediate, Riding Horse and Ridden Hunter. The 1st and 2nd placed prize winners on the day will also go forward for the Bright Stars Championship.
There is no membership fee for either horse, pony or rider for these classes and they are open to non members of the B.S.P.S. Horses and
ponies are not required to be registered with the B.S.P.S. These classes are aimed at the Amateur rider for them to gain experience and to give them the confidence and encouragement to move a step higher in Showing.
We are aware of the unfortunate clash with this year's RIHS but there could not be a change in date due to bookings on the Newark Showground.
