Riding Horse help - horse and rider

im am new to the world of riding horses, after loosing my pride and joy hunter. This is my new purchase. She was 4 this year and come over from holland not having done anything and a little poor. Probably the worst photo i could of taken - Makes her look much worse put together then she is and poorer.
But opionions on her please - is she a riding horse (16.2) also looking at pics of other riding horses am confused on blue or tweed jackets? - any advise apreciated - but go easy on her :-)
