I was sure I did it last year. I thought we were being encouraged to do all entries on-line to cut down on administration for NPS. Does this mean I have now missed my daughters championship entries??

I think it's only HOYS that can't be done online. I have to admit I have done it on paper after having to many problems in past with online entries !! Call the NPS on Monday, to see if they can help.

I got in touch with the NPS last week about a HOYS entry (not able to do it online) - and they advised that if I was entering champs/finals classes I should do a postal entry as well, sending in my qualification cards. Maybe that's why the finals classes can't be entered online i.e. they need to see proof of qualification.

I thought all classes could be done on line but HOYS needed a special form completed. I hope I am not stuffed, my daughter will be devastated.

if these are classes she has qualified for already then the only way to enter them is to send of the white card and the entry fee. As far as I know this has always been the case, otherwise there is not much point in handing out the cards LOL. And no closing date on those as of course qualifiers are held right up until the date of the show

Thanks helle, I was thinking I would book online and then send the cards just as confirmation.

The class we had already qualified for just showed up under the pony's name and showed as paid when I logged into the summer show page

Sorry clicked reply too quickly !!! Have you only very recently qualified for something as I thought you had to send cards and entry fee in within 14 days of qualifying.

Would be good if the cards had a number on them and when yoiu entered on line you had to add your qualifying number thus the nps getting your qualification.

I entered by post as I had to send in the qualifying cards anyway, and then only doing the HOYS class, so couldn't really enter online !!

I spoke to the office last week. Only ordinary class entries can be made on line. HOYS and Championship classes have to be done by post. Not sure whether you can enter HOYS classes now as deadline was 2 July. However Championship entries can be made up to 23 July.

Does that include the pictons? We tried to do our entry online on Saturday and couldn't do it I emailed the office but obviously it was closed am.just waiting for the office to open so I can ring them . It doesn't say anywhere on their website that championship classes can't be entered online so I'm a bit upset

when you quailify you get a white card that needs to be sent in within 14 days for your championship entry to be valid, you can not enter championship classes online
